The goal of this session is to reduce tension and pain caused by muscular imbalances, while also encouraging relaxation within the nervous system. A series of techniques are utilized based on your needs. Deep tissue compressions, stretching and myofascial work are a few that may be used. Cupping may also be incorporated (at no additional cost) to bring fresh, oxygenated blood to the area to promote the healing process.

*60 min sessions are not ideal for full body attention, but rather focused attention towards a targeted ailment i.e. frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, sciatica symptoms, tennis/golfers elbow, back/neck/shoulder tension, etc.

This is why I get to say that "I walk on peoples backs!" Using an overhead rail support system and a silk fabric, I control my bodyweight, making for an intentional and controlled session. This style of massage is deep, smooth and effective. Intended for healthy individuals who enjoy deeper pressure.

*60 min sessions are not ideal for full body attention, but rather focused attention towards upper body or lower body tension and restrictions.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is effective for a wide range of conditions and can be safely applied to anyone, if the basic precautions and contraindications are respected. The 'Vodder Technique' approach uses light, pain-free, rhythmic strokes to increase lymphatic flow while equally regulating your nervous system.

Stimulating the lymphatic system through MLD will activate all of the lymph nodes, vessels and organs, as well as encourage fluid circulation and cell regeneration. All of this works together to promote detoxification, facilitate healing and support the immune system.

Lymph Drainage Therapy can be applied to animals.

Post surgical lymphatic drainage for swelling, fibrosis and pain relief. Gentle and light manual lymphatic drainage, fascial attention, lymphatic cupping, and scar tissue work. This treatment speeds healing, encourages tissue regeneration, reduces scarring, edema, improves blood flow, and range of motion.

This treatment does not hurt, and should never be painful.
